Anna Silk is a Fredericton resident, and is the daughter of Peter Silk, who was an academic. Her mother, Ilkay Silk, had many talents, including being able to direct, act, produce, write plays as well as teach and serve as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna was born in Fredericton and is the daughter of Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk. Her mother is an "English-Turkish Cypriot ex-pat" born in Britain. Anna remembers attending rehearsals for productions as a young girl and watching her mom doing her job. Anna was a part of numerous commercials as a young child. Anna was transferred from Toronto in 1999 to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman was introduced to Anna in Los Angeles at an acting training workshop held in 2007. The couple got engaged in the year 2009. Anna was just recently converted to Judaism and the couple married in Fredericton. Bo's relationship with a sex partner, with Lauren (played Zoie Palermo), was listed in CNN as one of the most popular Television Couples. E! named the couple "the top TV Couple" of 2013.
