Zoe Saldana, born June 19th, 1978, was the son of Asalia Nazario, as well as Aridio Saldana. Her father is Dominican and her mother Puerto Rican. Her family was raised by her mother who lived in Queens. The family she was raised with moved from Queens in New York and to the Dominican Republic when she was 10, and lived in the Dominican Republic for 7 years.
